Djabwurrrung Community members met at the top camp to discuss recent developments regarding the decisions from the transport minister.
MP had responded to a email sent by Eastern Marr regarding the Northern route. Eastern Marr received a email from the MP stating that she will not consider the Northern route option and works were to commence as usual.
The Djabwurrung Community is happy to hear that Trade Hall and the Unions are supporting the community and their efforts to save the Sacred Trees and the Landscape.
Djabwurrung community also have future court dates this week regarding outcomes of this will be known by the end if this week.
